REIDSVILLE — Raymond Lee Terry, 70, of 393 Strawberry Road, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Mr. Terry was a native of Alamance County and was the son of the late Ernest and Kathleen Chamberlin Terry. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He was the former owner and operator of Rob and Ray’s Convenience Store. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Terry Oliver.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Everette Terry of the home; sons, Steve Yates and wife, Paige and R.K. Terry all of Greensboro; daughters, Mary "Sissy" Terry Alcon and husband, Jimmy of Elon and Kim Terry Petty of Reidsville; grandchildren, Justin Keith Terry, Kendall Petty, Bryce Yates, Tyler Yates, and Kayla Blake Alcon; brothers, William Terry and wife, Arlene and David "Jr." Terry and wife, Ellen all of Eden; sister, Barbara Robinson and husband, James of Reidsville and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today, and at other times they will be at the residence.
