"Gladys B. Tucker 1910-2001 Gladys B. Tucker of Willcox, died March 5, 2001 in Willcox at the age of 90. Gladys was born on March 31, 1910 in Burlington, N.C., to Joseph F. Barber and Iona Whitesell. She has resided in Arizona since 1950 and was a member of Willcox United Methodist Church. Gladys is survived by her daughter, Doris (Daniel) York of Lakewood, Wash.; and grandchildren, Todd Chrisman, Tracy Larkins and Dani Gates. Also surviving are seven great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband Van H. Tucker; a daughter Sandra Dyer; and two sisters and three brothers. Funeral services were held Monday, March 12, at 2 p.m., at the Willcox United Methodist Church with burial following at Sunset Cemetery in Willcox. Contributions may be made to the Willcox United Methodist Church, 124 S. Curtis, Willcox, AZ 85643. Services are under the direction of Westlawn Chapel & Mortuary in Willcox."
