Mrs. June Somers Gladchuk

PALM BAY, Fla. — Mrs. June Somers Gladchuk of 425 Tewksbury Lane, died Saturday, June 24, 2000, at Mariner Health of Atlantic Shores.

A native of Burlington, she was the wife of Mr. Richard Gladchuk, who survives, and the daughter of Ms. Bertha Macomson and Mr. Hubert Somers, both deceased. She moved to Melbourne, Fla., 36 years ago from Las Vegas. She was a warranty clerk for various Brevard County automobile dealerships. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, Lodge 1046, West Melbourne, and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary, VFW, Palm Bay, Fla. She was a Southern
Baptist.

Survivors other than her husband of Palm Bay include three daughters, Ms. Kathy Hudson of Chapel Hill, Ms. Nancy Sharp of Palm Bay and Ms. Lisa Lehnfeld of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Mr. Danny Cheek of Haw River; a sister, Ms. Diane Norbad of Salem, Ore.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Palm Bay Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in North Carolina.
