GRAHAM — Mrs. Judith Ann Cable Carter, 58, of 845 Shallow Ford Road, Elon
College, died at 8:06 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999 in Alamance Regional Medical Center.
A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of Mr. John North Cable and Mrs. Mary Edith Cable, both deceased. She had a private accounting service and was a lifelong member of Shallow Ford United Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Ms. Mary Elizabeth Butler of Greensboro; a son, Mr. Steven Anthony Carter of the home; two brothers, Mr. Michael Leon Cable of Coral Springs, Fla. and Mr. Jimmy Brian Cable of Elon College; two sisters Mrs. James (Pat) Hall of Elon College and Mrs. Larry (Nancy) Chrisco; one granddaughter; seven nieces and nephews; eight nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Shallow Ford United Church of Christ by the Rev. Ron Price. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
