Mrs. Maria M. Mansfield, 93, born December 25, 1915, joined her extended family in eternity on Thursday, February 12, 2009.
The funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
Maria was a very talented and loving individual who touched many peoples' lives with her care and generosity.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T. Glenn Mansfield; a son, Glenn Mansfield, Sr.; a grandson, Kerrie Henderson, and a grandson-in-law, Gary Middlebrook.
Left to cherish wonderful loving memories are her two daughters, Glennette Henderson and her husband, Johnie, of Whiteville, N.C., and Glenda Moore and her husband, Frank, of Greensboro, N.C.; many wonderful grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, both of Pennsylvania; and many friends.
