Obituary BROWNS SUMMIT Luther John Brown (Luke), 23, died on September 18, 2014.
He was born on April 15, 1991 and is the son of Garry and Janet Brown.
He graduated from Northeast Guilford High School and from UTI Nascar Institute. He was employed at Loparex Inc. in Eden, NC. His loves were his family, friends, hunting and fishing. He always looked after those in his life.
Luke was survived by his parents Garry and Janet Brown, his sisters Dawn Apple, friend Chad Couch and Jessica Butcher, husband Eric Butcher and nephew Tyler Apple.
He was also survived by his grandparents, Bill and Geraldine Brown of Browns Summit, and Patsy Smith, friend Bob Dickerson of Gibsonville.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Ray Allmond. He will be missed by numerous family and friends.
His memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 21, 2014, at Brown Wesleyan Church, 4355 High Rock Road, Gibsonville, NC 27249.
