BURLINGTON — Lottie Jewel Dunn Davis, 74, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016, at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born May 21, 1941, in Guilford County to the late William Taft and Estelle Woodburn Dunn. Lottie had retired from the hospital as a certified nursing assistant and she was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her son, Roy Davis and wife Kimberly; a daughter, Lorie Snipes and husband Shane; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Sue Miller, Patricia Louise Forbradg, Elizabeth Ann Walker. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother James Edward Dunn and a sister Betty Phelps.
The funeral will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends noon-12:45 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
