Surviving are wife, Patsy Morris Gibson; sons, James Ervin Clapp, Travis Lee Clapp, both of Greensboro; daughter, Jean Woods of Franklinville; sister, Mrs. Frances Pruitt of Greensboro; five grandchildren.
