Marcus Eugene Massey Hopkins, 32 of Winston Salem, NC passed away on December 28, 2024.

A native of Caswell Co. NC, he was born on July 19, 1992.

Marcus was an outgoing individual who was known to have never met a stranger. He enjoyed working on cars and had a love for music as everyone loved to hear him play the guitar. He will forever be remembered for having a creator’s mind with tinker’s hands.

Survivors include his mother, Michele Massey Sweeney and stepfather John Paul; his father, Andrew “Drew” Samuel Hopkins, Jr. and stepmother Teresa; his siblings, Taylor Hopkins Jones and husband Cody, Jessica Altice and husband Justin, Michael Hopkins, and Nicholas Fulcher and wife Armonte; a grandmother, Jane Allred, and Grandparents, Bruce Price and wife Wanda and Grandmother, Rhonda Price; nieces and nephews, Hunter Hopkins, Colt Hopkins, Maiana Altice, and Rachael Jones 

He is preceded in death by a daughter, Karsynn Zoe Hopkins, Grandparents, Andrew “Sammy” Samuel Hopkins Sr. and Jane Miller Hopkins and Grandfather, Eugene Massey.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday January 6, 2025, at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with the Pastor Tommy Massey officiating. The family receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Graham.
