BURLINGTON - Michael Shane Troutman, 31 of Burlington passed away on Sunday May 28, 2017 at UNC Healthcare Chapel Hill.
Michael was born in Alamance County on February 22, 1986.
The son of Michael Frederick Troutman and Donna Ursery Troutman. He was employed with Food Lion as a clerk for many years and was an avid Hockey and Nascar fan.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jack and Mary Ursery and Fred and Joyce Troutman.
Surviving are his mother Donna Troutman (Michael Collins) of Burlington, his dad, Michael Troutman of Gibsonviille; two uncles, Gary Ursery (Becky) of Gibsonville and Roger Troutman (Diane) of Gibsonville; an Aunt, Shirley Jones (Mike) of Gibsonville and his Godmother Sherry Smith (Ronnie) of Burlington.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Sign an online register book at www.omegafsc.com.
