Vickie Anne Whitlow
Vickie Anne Whitlow, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 after a decline in her health at the age of 56.
Vickie is survived by her brother, Kelly McMillan; her daughter, Rene Shepherd and three grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles McMillan Sr. and Kate Mc-Millan and by her brother, Charles McMillan, Jr.
The family has asked that those wishing to remember Vickie's life would participate in acts of kindness within their community.
A group memorial service has not been planned instead loved ones are asked to lift her name in prayer at their home church. She will be deeply missed. 3, Vickie Anne Whitlow
