Mary Beal Jeffreys
Mrs. Mary Beal Jeffreys, 93, of Graham went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 14, 2017 peacefully at home.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late James Kenneth Jeffreys and the daughter of Charles A. Beal and Goldie Griffin Beal, both deceased. Mary was a homemaker who loved her family and was a faithful member of Swepsonville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty J. Mazejka and her husband, Mike of Graham and Lisa J. Baker and her husband, Scott of Haw River; and four grandchildren, Luke Mazejka and his wife Holly, Rachel Hardin and her husband, Kevin, Jessie Kimsey and her husband, Brooks and Dylan Baker.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jeffreys was preceded in death by four sisters, Irene B. Lashley, Margaret B. Coble, Louise B. Purcell and Helen B. Rush; and one brother, Clifford Beal.
A celebration of her life will be held will be held at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 3 p.m. by Rev. Curtis Oakley.
The family will receive friends prior to the service at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Kay Thompson and Brenda McKinlay for their loving and compassionate care that they provided.
