 GRAHAM — Thelma Lea Tingen Glosson, 86, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, March 22, 2015.
 
 She was born in Alamance County to the late Roy Lee Tingen and Eleanor Pierce Tingen Cobb and was the wife of 64 years to Samuel “Sam” Richard Glosson, who survives.
 
 Thelma was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Burlington. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many.
 
 Survivors, in addition to her husband, Sam, include her daughters and sonsin-law, Sandra and Alan Murray, Judy and Charles Dow; son and daughter-inlaw, Garry Lee and Patricia Glosson; grandson, David Glosson and wife Amanda; granddaughter, Kristen Michelle Glosson; sisters, Lula Mae Routh and Ruth Rudd; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Katherine Tingen; and her canine companion, Ginger.
 
 She was preceded in death by her grandson, Mark Alan Murray; a brother, Robert Tingen; and her parents.
 
 The funeral service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Ernest Beck and the Rev. Don Swinney, with burial to follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service and at other times at the home.
