Marguerite Delores “Ms. Dee” Jarrell Terrell
BURLINGTON — Mrs. Marguerite Delores “Ms. Dee” Jarrell Terrell, 82, of White Oak Manor, 323 Baldwin Road Burlington, N.C., passed peacefully Tuesday April 24, 2012 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
Born in York County, Virginia to the late Charles Ross Meadows and Marie Garrett Meadows, she was a retired owner/manager in the grocery industry and a member of the Kerr’s Chapel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Huston Terrell, of Burlington; daughter, Cheryle Ann Pope and husband Michael of Durham; sons, Floyd Earhart and wife Margaret of Chapel Hill, Bill Earhart and wife Sue of Pittsboro, Robert Earhart and wife Ellen of Hillsborough and David Jarrell of Durham; sister, Inez Claybo of Newport News, Va.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends in the Kerr’s Chapel Baptist Church Fellowship
Building, 2980 Kerr’s Chapel Road, Elon, NC 27244 on Saturday afternoon from 2 p.m. until service time with services to follow at 3 p.m. in the Kerr’s Chapel Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Norman Harris, pastor. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Public viewing will begin at noon on Friday at the Mc-Clure Funeral Service, 1030 S. Main St., Graham, N.C. 27253, where the body will remain until taken to the church on Saturday.
