Rebecca J. "Becky" Mitchell, 52, of Port Clinton, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. She was born June 10, 1961 in Raleigh, NC the daughter of William and Blanche (Dickson) Phillips, Sr. She married John Mitchell and he survives.

Surviving are her husband: John; daughters: Marian Fleck of Port Clinton, Debbie (Charles) Budnik-Martin of Port Clinton, Brittany Budnik of Port Clinton; sons: Patrick Budnik of Port Clinton, Christopher Budnik of Clyde; step-daughter: Mary Jane Mitchell of Port Clinton; 14 grandchildren; sister: Judy (Michael) Wheeler of Port Clinton; brothers: Donald (Deborah) Phillips of Port Clinton, William D. "Coke" Phillips of Port Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents: Paul and Blanche Dickson; father: William Phillips, Sr., brothers: Willie Phillips, Jr., Logan Dickson and Kelly Phillips.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton where visitation will be held Wednesday, from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH.  470
