Martha Carol Hill, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Alamance County and was the daughter of the late Robert D. and Virginia Hornaday Hill.
Martha was an administrative assistant at Elon University for almost 40 years and she was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey W. Tingen, Lonnie B. Tingen, Jr. (Kathy); grandchildren, Stefanie Bolt (Michael), Amber Potts; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Neel, Abigail Neel and sisters, Lucy Wilson (Steve) and Sallie Wallace.
A celebration of life service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the home of her son, Lonnie, 3235 Maple Ave., Burlington, NC.
