Wilma P. Taylor

RANDLEMAN - On Friday, September 6, 2019, Wilma P. Taylor, loving wife and mother of 3 children, passed away at the age of 82.
She was born on September 5, 1937 in Graham, NC to Vance and Lelia Perry. She was a graduate of Burlington Business College. She worked various clerical jobs in the Randleman area. On August 20, 1961, she married Robert Taylor. They raised three sons, Danny, Marty and Steven.


Wilma was a dedicated Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church in Randleman. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and home maker.
Wilma was preceded in death by her father, Vance Perry, her mother, Lelia Perry and her brother Willard Perry. She is survived by her husband Robert Taylor, her children, Danny Taylor, Marty Taylor, Steven (Gretchen) Taylor, her grandchildren, Colin Taylor and Talia Taylor, her sisters Jerri (Micah) McDowell, Betsy (Rodney) Davis, Connie (Stacy) James, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church, 100 North Main St., Randleman, NC 27317. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Heppding and Rev. Kenneth Reaves officiating.
