Roger Dale Loman, 64, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Moses Cone Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was born on April 11, 1959 in Rockingham County to the late Winfred Lee Loman and Barbara Ann Clapp Loman who survives.
Roger formerly worked at Qualicaps in Whitsett and was a member of Apple’s Chapel Christian Church. He enjoyed all types of fishing, hunting and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors other than his mother, Barbara Loman include his daughter, Christina Jenkins; a grandson, Caleb Tatum; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Winfred Loman.
The graveside service will be held at 2:30pm Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Apple’s Chapel Christian Church Cemetery by Rev. Dave Johnson. The family will receive friends following the service.
Memorials may be made to Apple’s Chapel Christian Church, 7235 NC Hwy 61 North, Gibsonville, NC 27249.
