Rosie was the daughter of Estelle Mills Anderson. She graduated from UNC-Wilmington in 1976 and taught first grade in Leland, NC. She was selected as one of Governor Hunt's primary reading instructors. She owned three McDonald's in Alta Vista, Lynchburg and Roanoke, VA with her first husband. She was named “National Volunteer of the Year” by the Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities in 1986. After remarrying in 1998, she and her husband moved to High Point and opened 1212 North Main, an antique and espresso shop.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Gary Taylor; her mother; and her stepmother, Millie Nye Anderson. She is survived by her husband, her father, her sisters, her stepchildren, her grandchildren, and other extended family members. 470, Rose Mary “Rosie” Anderson Daniels
