GIBSONVILLE - Funeral for Timothy Porter Apple, 29, of 6620 N.C. 61 North, who died Sunday, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
A native of Greensboro, he was a supervisor for Pet-Go-Round and a member of North Carolina State Wildlife Federation.
Surviving are father, Lloyd Apple of McLeansville; mother, Mrs. June Kivett Herndon of Beaufort; brother, R. Scott Apple of Greensboro; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vaden L. Apple of Gibsonville and Edward A. Kivett of Greensboro.
The family will be at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at 3807 Huffine Mill Road.
