April 4, 1930 ~ May 19, 2024 (age 94)
June Cobb Loy, 94, of Burlington, NC passed away at her residence on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late E. B. Loy, Jr. and the daughter of Roosevelt and Bertha Cobb, both deceased. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Community Church.
Survivors include two sons, Randy Loy (Ann) and Joe Loy, Sr. (Deborah); daughter, Cynthia Blalock; four grandchildren, Crystal Thompson, Paul Loy, Joe Loy, Jr., and Ryan Blalock; four great grandchildren, Lilly Loy, Gavin Loy, Dominic Loy, and Raigan Loy; and two siblings, Mary Ann Qualls and Wade Cobb. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tanya Loy; son-in-law, Ricky Blalock; and five siblings, Edith Gilliam, Evalina Summers, Bernard Cobb, David Cobb, and Wanda Lane Pender.
A graveside service will be conducted at Friendship Community Church Cemetery on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. by Pastor Steve Loy.261, June Cobb Loy
