Frances Bryant Morgan
 
Mrs. Frances Bryant Morgan, age 93, of Burlington, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022 at her residence after several months of failing health.
     A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Claude Edward Bryant, Sr. and the late Mary “Ludie” Evans Bryant and was married for 59 years to the late Henry Dowdy Morgan, who passed in 2008.  She retired from Carolina Biological with over 35 years of service and was a very active member of First Christian United Church of Christ, where she sang in the choir and was involved with the Ladies’ Circle.  Frances loved to cook and she loved being involved in the lives of her family and friends. 
     Mrs. Morgan is survived by her five children, Ray Morgan, Ronnie Morgan and wife, Gail, Dianne Morgan, Michael Morgan and Michele Walker and husband, Wayne; seven grandchildren, Will Morgan, Brenn Linens, Jim Morgan, Bryant Morgan, Tom Morgan, Maddox Morgan and Bella Gray Morgan; five great grandchildren, Kenley Linens, Keller Linens, Luke Morgan, Wyatt Morgan and Madelyn Morgan; a sister, Betty Jean Gerringer; and a brother, Herbert Vance Bryant.  She was preceded in death by her husband; parents, and siblings, Howard Bryant, William Harvey Bryant, Carl Allen Bryant, Claude Edward Bryant, Jr., Fred Franklin Bryant, Hallie Mae Bryant Hall, Robert Lee Bryant and Arnold R. Bryant.
     The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jamie Fonville.  Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
     The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the caregivers and the Gwynn family for their loving care and support for Mrs. Morgan during her time of illness.
