Donald Samuel Gwynn

    ELON — Donald Samuel Gwynn, 72, of 784 Moore Road, died Friday, October 31, 2003, at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
    The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Gilliam Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
    A native of Caswell County, he was a son of the late Jesse James and Myrtle Brintle Gwynn, and had lived in Caswell County his entire life. He attended Gilliam Primitive Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by a twin brother, Arnold Scott Gwynn, and a brother, Jesse James "June" Gwynn.
    Surviving are one brother, Marion Elmond Gwynn and wife, Maggie, of Elon; three sisters, Frances G. Simmons and Naomi G. Simmons, both of Elon, and Vera G. Madden and husband, Albert, of Graham; and a number of nieces and nephews.
    The family will see friends at Citty Funeral Home in Reidsville from 7 to 9 this evening, and at other times at the home of his brother, Marion E. Gwynn, 734 Moore Road, Elon.3, Donald Samuel Gwynn
