Obituary Online notes for Jane Lethia WILLIAMS
Jane Lethia Williams Spoon, 69, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her family. She was born in Wythe County, VA on October 26, 1947 to the late Carl Wade Williams and Irene Kincer Williams, who survives and was the wife of 52 years to Claude Douglas “Doug” Spoon, who survives.

She retired after 36 years with Carolina Biological and later was employed with Wal-Mart for over 16 years. Jane loved crafts and was a member of People’s Memorial Christian Church.

Survivors other than her husband and her mother includes her daughter; a granddaughter; a sister; a sister-in-law; a niece; a nephew; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The funeral service were held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. David Grinnell and burial followed at Mt. Pleasant UMC Cemetery.
