ELON - Mr. Dale Chrismon, 63, of Elon passed away atAlamance RegionalMedical Center on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 3:35 p.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Lisa Chrismon, who survives and the son of the late Eugene Monroe Chrismon and Dorothy Brady Chrismon, who survives. Dale was a Senior IT Technical Specialist with 34 years of service at LabCorp. While a LabCorp employee, he was the recipient of numerous professional recognitions, including several Laboratorian of the Year awards, most recently in 2018. He was instrumental in developing what has now become a very professional and highly regarded corporate IT organization. He was a member of St. Mark’s Church.
In addition to his wife of their home and mother of Browns Summit, survivors include three children, Meagan Chrismon of Corvallis, OR, Ethan Chrismon of Elon, and Katelyn Chrismon of Sacramento, CA; two sisters, Darlene Crump of Swansboro and Diane Harvalias and husband Georgio of Swansboro; brother, Dennis Chrismon and wife Bonita of Browns Summit; sister-in-law, Hope Blehm and husband Matt of Clayton; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted in St. Mark’s Church Sanctuary on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Ben Bishop. The family will greet friends following the service in Reformation Hall.
