Mrs. Vonnie Blount, daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Margaret (Robertson) Leggett, Plymouth, N. C. died at 3:20 a.m. Monday at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Gordon A. Lewis, 525 Gordon Circle.
She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, College Park, Md., and a graduate of Kee Mar College, Hagerstown.
Surviving are: husband, Arthur S. Blount, Sacramento, Calif., daughters, Mrs. Wilson E. Somer, Baltimore; Mrs. Paul D. Wright, Chestertown, Md., and Mrs. Gordon A. Lewis. Three grandsons also survive.
Funeral services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Russell Butcher officiating. Burial at Rest Haven Cemetery.470, Vonnie Everstine Leggett Blount
