Jerry Lee Baker, 81, Pleasant Hope, Missouri, passed away December 1, 2020. Private military burial at Springfield National Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.

He was born August 29, 1939 in Niangua, Missouri. Jerry graduated from Central High School in Springfield, Missouri. He coached softball for 10 years and was loved by all the girls he coached. Jerry worked for Frisco for 15 years and was a custodian at Pleasant Hope Middle School for 15 years until his retirement. He received many awards for working above and beyond the call of duty. Jerry loved to ride his mower, the St Louis Cardinals, and will be remembered for his love of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In his younger years, Jerry loved to sing and play guitar with his brother, Don. He loved playing golf with his brothers, Leonard and Don. He will be missed by all!

Jerry was preceded in death by: father, James Dee Baker; mother, Edna Baker; wife, Charlene Baker and daughter, Leah Anne Cron. Survivors include: daughters, Cindy Tracy, Rachelle McBee; grandchildren; Tana Rogers, Nate Rogers, Dakota Cron, Shanice Burnside; great grandsons, Rowdy, Elijah, Zachary; great granddaughters, Audrey, Aria and brothers, Leonard and Don Baker.
