Pam, 40, died December 5, 1996 at Baptist Medical Center in Okla. City. She was born to William and Clara (Summers) Blankenship on Oct. 26, 1956 in Henryetta, Ok. Pam was an active Edmond High School math teacher until her illness the past five years. She also taught math at Moore High School for 5 years. She graduated from Okla. Univ. with a Bachelors Degree in Education in 1987. She had lived in Edmond since 1991 and previously lived in Moore until 1991 and Del City until 1976. Pam loved her family and was a good wife and mother. She also enjoyed quilting. She was a member of Sunnylane Southern Baptist Church in Del City. Pam married her husband, David, on Oct. 9, 1976 in OKC, who survives her. She is also survived by 2 sons, David Lee and Brian Carl, both of the home; parents, William and Clara Blankenship of Del City; grandmother, Dorothy Summers of Dustin, Ok; brother, William Blankenship of Boston, Ma; 2 sisters, Sharon Jones of Chickasha and Karen Depeu of OKC; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 9, 10:00 a.m. at Sunnylane Southern Baptist Church with a 2:30 p.m. interment at Dustin City Cemetery in Dustin, Ok. 470, Pamela Sue Blankenship Kobosky
