Obituary Online notes for Cloice Newton ISLEY
Cloice N. Isley, 89, of 4565 Thompson Mill Road, Graham died at the Hospice Home in Burlington on Friday, January 13, 2012.

A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Betty S. Isley, who survives and the son of John Franklin Isley and Fay Coble Isley, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during World War II. Cloice was a retired bookkeeper and a lifetime member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church and the Men's Bible Class.

In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include his daughter, Sandra I. Coble and fiancé, Donald Coe, of Graham; his son, Tommy L. Isley and wife Donna of Graham; three grandchildren, Rodney D. Coble and wife Emily, Holly I. Neeriemer and husband Gabe and Hope M. Isley; and one great grandchild, Allee M. Coble.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll C. Isley and two infant sisters, Laura Isley and Luna Isley.

The funeral service will be conducted at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm by Rev. Warren Cash. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be taken to the church 30 minutes prior to the service.

The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Other times they will be at the residence.
