Mrs. Willie C. Paylor GIBSONVILLE - Mrs. Willie Cobb Paylor, 80, of 5604 N.C. 61 North, died Sunday, Feb. 22, 1998, at her home. A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Mr. Garland Paylor, who survives, and the daughter of Mr. Elmore J. Cobb Sr. and Mrs. Evie Hornbuckle Cobb, both deceased. She was a retired secretary at Minneola Cone Mills in Gibsonville and was a member of Sharon Lutheran Church. Survivors other than her husband of the home include a stepdaughter, Mrs. Jerrie P. Reavis of Graham; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Pratt of Browns Summit; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Elmore J. Cobb Jr. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bartlett Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Henry R. Sink, pastor of Sharon Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will be at Bartlett Funeral Home from 7 to 8 this evening, and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to Sharon Lutheran Church, 406 Alamance St., Gibsonville, N.C. 27249.
