Eula Mae Flack Kennett , of Britthaven of Madison, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2007, at the age of 91.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, at Reidlawn Cemetery.

Eula was born in Alamance County, on January 8, 1916, to the late Callie Jefferson Flack and Leta Michael Flack. She lived in Greensboro most of her life and lived the last 25 years in Reidsville. She retired from Dolly-Madison Bakery after 21 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Jerry G. Kennett in 1990 and Donald C. Kennett in 1991.

Eula is survived by her daughters, Linda K. Martin of Reidsvillle and Jean Kennett of Madison; grandchildren, Vickie Dixon of Greenville, N.C., Tony Escontrias and wife, Sandi, Tommy Escontrias and wife, Judy, Terry Ludwick, all of Greensboro, Angela Escontrias of Stoneville, JoLynn Gunn and husband, Lance of Reidsville, Honda Martin and wife, Brittany of Randleman, N.C.; 11 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; three nephews and two nieces.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. on Sunday at Wilkerson Funeral Home and then go in procession to the cemetery.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Britthaven Nurses and staff of the 300 hall for their great care of Eula for the past nine years.
