Obituary Online notes for Lois Louise BAUER
Lois Bauer Kimmons, 89, West Plains, Missouri, passed away May 6, 2017 at West Vue Nursing Center. She was born February 29, 1928 at Osage City, Kansas to Harold Milton Bauer and Mable Stadter Bauer. On June 14, 1950, she was married at South Fork, Missouri to Marion Lee Kimmons who preceded her in death on January 18, 2011. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and taught art for sixteen years in the public schools retiring in 1974. Mrs. Kimmons was a member of the First United Methodist Church, West Plains.
She is survived by three children, Carl Kimmons, wife, Patricia, Mary Strayhorn, husband, Reverend Billy Strayhorn, and John Kimmons, wife, Carla; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Her parents and her husband precede her in death.
Burial in the South Fork Cemetery.
