Shirley Mae Howard, age 77, of Nixa passed away in Springfield, MO on January 6, 2016. She was born March 24, 1938 in Springfield, the daughter of Roy Lee Long Sr. and Eva Beatrice Gregg. She attended One Accord Freewill Baptist Church of Nixa. Shirley was a shipping clerk for the Gospel Publishing House in Springfield for 30 years. She is survived by her husband, Curtis, one son, Randall, two brothers, Larry, wife Maria Long, Dewayne and wife Debra Long, one sister, Sharon and husband Raymon Eller, and two grandchildren, Kendall Paul-Curtis and Michaela Dawn Howard. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Barbara Keltner, and one brother Roy Lee Long Jr.
Burial in Delaware Cemetery.
