Mrs. Sarah Ellen Whitesel, wife of Gabriel Marion Whitesel, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bert Nichols, at Mexico, Friday night of paralysis, which had kept her an invalid the last 18 years.
Rites weere conducted from the Kline Funeral Homes, in Denver, Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. C. F. Golden, Denver, officiating.
Burial was in Greenlawn cemetery, Mexico.
The deceased was 72 years of age, having been born July 12, 1866 at Connersvile, a daughter of Rufus and Sarah Ellen Sampson.
She married to Mr. Whitesel in Peru in 1885, but had lived in Mexico the last 25 years.
The husband, the daughter, Mrs. Nichols and a brother, Charles Sampson, Richland township, survive. 470, Sarah Ellen Sampson Whitesel
