Bernita T. Milliken, 97, of Kennett, died Sunday, June 29, 2003 at National Health Care in Kennett.
Born May 31, 1906, in Caruthersville, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Commodore and Carrie Matthews Nation.
On October 4, 1925, in South Bend, Ind., she married Wallace L. Milliken who preceded her in death in 1953. She was also preceded in death by two sons, John Doyle and Robert Wallace Milliken.
Survivors include one Daughter-in-Law, Joy Milliken, of South Bend, one niece, Norma Robertson, of Caruthersville and a host of other relatives.
Burial was in Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
