Obituary Online notes for David M. WHITESELL
David M. Whitesell, age 67, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Kindred Healthcare in Greenfield, after a long time illness with Alzheimer's. Born on September 23, 1944 in Warsaw, IN, he was the son of Richard and Juanita (Valentine) Whitesell. He graduated from Warsaw High School in 1962. Mr. Whitesell received his business degree from Tri State University in 1968, his J.D. from IU Law School in 1973, and was admitted into the Indiana Bar Association in 1974.

He served as the city attorney for two terms, and then worked as a self-employed lawyer in Warsaw, IN for many years. He was a member of the Warsaw Optimist Club, Morris Chapel Church in Pierceton, IN, and a Mason and Murat Shriner in Warsaw, IN. He had his pilot's license and loved flying.

Surviving David are his children, Michael Whitesell of Warsaw, IN, Jenny Whitesell of Warsaw, IN, Jackie Whitesell, M.D. of Boise, ID, Kristie Whitesell of Noblesville, IN, and Adam Whitesell of Indianapolis, IN. Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, Richard Douglas Whitesell.
