Mrs. Whitesell was a homemaker and a member of the First Brethren Church of Huntington.
She was born on April 27, 1921 in Markle, IN a daughter of Earl and Leah (Hipskin) Larr. She was united in marriage to Franklin R. Whitesell on February 4, 1945 in Huntington. He preceded her in death on Dec. 29, 1991.
Survivors include – 2 Sons: Tommie L. Whitesell of N. Manchester and Neil E. Whitesell of Ligonier; 3 daughters: Robert (Nancy) Houser, Cathie Lyons and Darlene Whitesell all of Huntington. A sister: Virginia Scher of Huntington and a brother: Harold Larr of Warren. 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Rick J. Whitesell, a grandson Jerry Wantland, 4 sisters: Miriam Winters, Leah Boher, Mary Larr and Ruth Caley and 4 brothers: Richard, William, Eldon and Joseph Larr. [46043]
