ASHEBORO - Olivia Ferree Wright, 85, of SunBridge Nursing Home, Asheboro, formerly of Wicker Lovell Road, Randleman, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, at the nursing home.
Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, where she was a member, with Dr. Carl Garner, the Rev. Raymond Needham and the Rev. Terry Hinson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Randolph County and a homemaker.
Surviving are husband, the Rev. Diffie O. Wright; daughters, Patricia Ann W. Kirkman and Janet W. Smith, both of Greensboro, Peggy W. Hawkins of Summerfield; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur, 7-9 p.m. Monday, other times at the home of Janet Smith, on Wiley Lewis Road, Greensboro.
Memorials may be made to Sandy Creek Baptist Church, 4765 Sandy Creek Church Road, Liberty, N.C. 27298 or to any former church that the Wrights have served. 470, Olivia Ferree Wright
