William Clift Whitesell Services for William Clift Whitesell, 83, Lewisburg, who died Wednesday, June 10, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Bills-McGaugh & Floyd Funeral Home, Lewisburg, with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery.
The Rev. Claude McMillion will officiate.
His parents were the late George Ollie Whitesell and Etta Mai Davis Whitesell. He is survived by a son, Bill Whitesell of Murfreesboro; brother, George O. Whitesell of Florida; and two grandchildren, Aaron Whitesell and Emily Whitesell of Murfreesboro.
A native of Alabama, and a veteran of World War II, he was retired from the purchasing department at Walker Die Casting, and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Dated: June 12, 1998
