C. A. BOONE
The body of C. A. Boone, for 40 years an engineer on the Southern railroad, will be brought to Charlotte this afternoon, following funeral services at the residence in Asheville, where he died yesterday morning at 7:45 o'clock, and will be interred in Elmwood cemetery with Masonic honors.
Mr. Boone, who was 63 years old, moved to Asheville from Charlotte about 20 years ago. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Lizzie Presson, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Presson, of Charlotte,, and two daughters, Misses Elizabeth and Mary Carol Boone.
Mrs. Boone is the sister of Mrs. C. T. Davis, Mrs. J. D. Whitehead and Mrs. Elsie Torrence and S. L. Presson, all of Charlotte.
