Madeline Key Andrews, 96, passed away peacefully May 6, 2017 at her home in Greensboro, NC.
Madeline was born July 1, 1920 in Greensboro and spent most of her life in the area.
She loved working in her flower garden and always took great pride in the compliments she would receive from friends and neighbors. Madeline was retired from Belk Department Store with over 25 years of service. She was a lifetime member of Apple’s Chapel Christian Church in Gibsonville, NC.
Madeline was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Harold Odell Andrews who passed away in 2002 at 82 years old.
She is survived by her son and two daughters, three grandsons, and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service for family and friends was held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Apple’s Chapel Christian Church Cemetery in Gibsonville with Rev. Dave Johnson officiating.
