Mrs. Mildred Alene Milloway Dunning, age 80, a resident of Hasty School Rd. passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at her residence.
She was born June 26, 1933 in Guilford Co. NC, daughter of the late Lacy Edward Milloway and Mary Elizabeth Simpson Milloway.
Mrs. Dunning was a homemaker and a member of Southgate Baptist Church. She also served as a Red Cross Volunteer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
She was married July 28, 1952 to Darrell Austin Dunning who survives of the home. Also surviving are, two daughters, Denise Anne Ingram of Thomasville and Lisa Michelle Cox and husband Earl of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; one son, Darrell Robin Dunning of Albemarle, NC; one sister, Lynda Holden and husband Jack of Winston Salem; one brother, Randy Milloway and wife Teresa of Lexington, NC; three grandsons, Christopher Mark Ingram and wife Toni, Matthew Chad Ingram and wife Brandy and Dakota Austin Dunning; five great-grandchildren, Nichole Spears, Christian Ingram, Alexander Ingram, Emily Ingram and Ethan Ingram.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM in J.C. Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville, with Rev. Chuck Garner officiating. The interment will be in Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point, NC.
