HARRISBURG ~ Ora Lee Milligan, 85, was a daughter of Marvin Eugene and Johnsie Keota Raby Bumgarner.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in High Point, where she was active in the United Methodist Women Circle. Mrs. Milligan retired in 1987 as the Branch Manager of Citizen Savings and Loan in High Point.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William J. Milligan, Jr.; son, James Milligan; brothers, Lewis and Tommy Bumgarner and sisters, Carolyn Bumgarner and Dorothy Shull.
Interment in Catawba Memorial Park.
