Michael Duane Saunders, 41, of Route 1, Draper, died early Tuesday morning, April 20, 1999, at his home.
He was born in Pulaski, on April 30, 1957, and was the son of Lewis J. Saunders Jr. & Rosalee E. Hubbard.
He was an employee of Martin and Sons Tree Service, Pulaski.
Surviving are his wife, Cindy Saunders of Pulaski; father & step-mother, Lewis J. Saunders Jr. & Mary Jane Saunders of Pulaski; mother & step-father, Rosalee E. Hubbard & Gentry Hubbard of Pulaski; two step-daughters, Becky Oliver and Sara Edwards, both of Pulaski; one step-son, Joe Edwards of Radford; three sisters, Kathy Ridpath of Pulaski, Becky Gray of Pulaski and Terri Shelburne of Dublin; three brothers, Kelly Hubbard, Kenneth Saunders and Bradley Saunders, all of Pulaski; one step-grandson, Zachery Oliver of Pulaski; grandmother, Bonnie Stone of Draper; dear friend, Randy Spencer of Pulaski; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dale Akers and the Rev. Rufus Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Cemetery, Delton. Visiting will be this evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 until 9.
