MARION, Va. Rilla Marie Leonard, age 73, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at the Johnston Memorial Hospital.
She was born in West Virginia to the late Ernest Prince and Reva Phillips and was preceded in death by her brothers, Dallan, Dexter, and Dacil Prince; her sisters, Retha, Renna, and Rivanna Prince.
Survivors include, her husband, William Hale Leonard; children, Billy Jack Leonard, Angie Bridgeman, Ernest Kelly Leonard Sr., Dwayne Leonard; grandchildren, William Dale McVey, Crystal Daniels, Keyair Leonard, Ernest Kelly Leonard Jr., Shinji Leonard; sister, Rhonda Carrico; brother, Dewval Prince; adopted daughter, Regina Hamm.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 11, 2019, at the Zion UMC Cemetery in Nebo with the Reverend Harry Howe officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 5 to 7 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com.
