Diane H. Boone, 89, passed away on July 11, 2020. Diane was a native of Salem, Va and resided in Hampton, Va for the past 60 years. Diane was a head chef and retired after 50 years of service. She is preceded in rest by her mother, Helen Mae McDaniel; her husband of 60 years, James Lee Boone of Pocahontas and Hampton, Va; her son, Dean A. Boone of Hampton, Va; and her grandson, Tim Locke of Fl.
Diane is survived by her sons, Wesley McDaniel (Alicia), William Arch Boone (Kimberly); Kenneth Boone (Sherry); daughters, Louise Rogers (Buz), Sandra Locke (Jim), Connie Deagle (Greg); grandchildren, Lena McFatter, Mark McDaniel, Derek Bull, Brad Locke, Jeremy McDaniel, Ava Schaefer, Amber Lynn Lyerly, Lauren Williams; brothers, Gene Doyle, Sam Doyle; and sisters, Betty Thornton, Barbara Sprouse, and Gale Bartmess; many great-grandchildren as well as many four legged grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10am on Saturday, July 18th, 2020 at Parklawn Memorial Park, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, VA. [49761]
