Jonathan Webster Odham Jr, 76, of Pocahontas, VA passed away peacefully Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the Beckley VA Medical Center in Beckley, WV.
Born in Pocahontas, VA he was the son of the late Jonathan Webster Odham Sr and Oma Belle Jefferey Odham. Jonathan was a 20-year Veteran of the United States Airforce.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one stepson Eddie Evans and one sister Brenda Perdue.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Mary Eleanor Herring Odham, Children -Terry Odham of Omer, Michigan and Janet Marie Parsons and husband Scott of Albertville, Alabama; siblings Doris Ellis of Nemours, WV, Carol Davis of Nemours, WV, Fern Thompson of Kissimmee, Florida and Shirley Odham of Pocahontas, VA; Grandchildren Phillip Evans, Chelsea White, Anna Stiefel, Keaton Parsons, Olivia Parsons, Alanna Parsons, Kaylee Parsons, Eli Parsons, Madison Taylor and Katie Odham; and six Great-Grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday March 28, 2018 from 11am to 1pm at Bible Baptist Church 1809 Vineyard Street Bluefield, WV 24701 with Pastor Stephen Umberger officiating.
Jonathan will be cremated according to his wishes. His ashes will be spread in the beautiful mountains of Virginia that he loved so much! 470, Jonathan Webster “Bud” Odham Jr.
