ASHEBORO-Clarence Maxwell Allen, age 95, of Asheboro passed Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Mark Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard . Native of Orange County, preceded in death by his wife Ruth M. Allen. Survived by two daughters: Jean A. Hill of Asheboro, NC and Maxine Allen of California and one son: Clarence Maxwell Allen, Jr. of California; 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.-Pugh 470, Clarence Maxwell “Max” Allen
