Hazel Cobb Crouse, 88, of Burlington passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her residence.
Hazel was born in Alamance County to Allie Steven and Jenny Lea Page Cobb both deceased. She was the wife of Mickey Crouse also deceased. Hazel was retired from Elon University and was a member of Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church.
Hazel is survived by her: daughter, Amanda Joette Crouse Johnson and husband Richard. Son, Michael Crouse. Grandchildren, Forrest Crouse, Brandy Boone Whittaker, and Bryan Boone. Siblings, Elmo Cobb and Faye Overman.
In addition to her parents and husband Hazel was also preceded in death by Siblings, Willard Cobb and Vertie Billings.
A funeral service will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Tommy Privette and Mr. Mike Sutton. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
