Marie C. Jones, 91, of Danville, VA, died on September 28, 2022, at the home of her daughter. She had been in declining health for the past five years.
Born July 31, 1931, in Reidsville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ruth B. and Dewey M. Clymer.
Mrs. Jones was predeceased by her husband, B.R. "Bob" Jones.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Rebecca Salmon (Chris), son Gregg Jones (Jan), grandchildren Lauren Horne (Landon) and Abbey McClanahan (Daniel), and great-grandchildren Lincoln and Leighton Horne and Owen McClanahan.
A funeral service will be held Friday, September 30, 2022, at 11:00 am at Norris Funeral Services, Mt Hermon Chapel, 3995 Franklin Tpke, Danville, VA. with Reverend Daryl Joyce officiating.
